I was always under the impression that surgeons certified by the American Board of Otolargyngology, (head and neck) were fully qualified to perform cosmetic plastic surgery procedurers on the face and neck. If the fingers on my hand tell the truth, that would make two -- not one -- boardcertifications qualified to do plastic surgery. No? Only surgeons certified by ABPS? Are you sure, doctor?
